Happy Birthday Hunter S. Thompson

“Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming “Wow! What a Ride!”

You should eat dessert first, after and even in between!

What is the first movie you remember seeing in the theater?

Disney’s Aladdin. I was about 4 years old and funnily the cinema was called ‘Aladin’.

5 Things that always cheer me up on grey days like today

1. Libraries - I can spend hours there browsing through hundreds of books and forget the rain and the clouds outside. And because it’s warm in libraries you can wear summer clothes while doing that…

2. Blink 182 - There’s nothing better than some kick-ass cheerful music to get in a better mood (&singing along in your underwear with a Corona).

3. White Chocolate Mocha with Hazelnut Syrup  - I don’t know what Starbucks puts in this coffee but it’s like a drug that instantly makes you happy…

4. Fresh Flowers - Fake summer in your flat.

5. Mac & Cheese - THE cure to everything!

If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense. Nothing would be what it is, because everything would be what it isn’t. And contrary wise, what is, it wouldn’t be. And what it wouldn’t be, it would. You see?
